The eTACHOGRAPH solution offers efficient management of strictly regulated working processes of drivers belonging to the sector of road transportation. This application provides operators precise, real-time data of the remaining driving time and resting time of drivers, registers the work and time spent on standby. Digital tachograph data are accessible in any part of Europe. Algorithms of the software calculate the remaining driving time and resting time of drivers –which can be monitored in real time alongside complementary alarm functions which can be adapted to them– in accordance with the Regulation No. 561/2006EK.
This solution provides effective and permanent recording of drivers’ activities as well as minimizes the risks of possible infringements. Usage of eTachograph can prevent accidents resulting from the infringement of driving hours and recalling of vehicles to the base that is required for compulsory data-provision.
Monitoring and analysis of the driver’s driving behaviour.
Our DrivingStyle solution facilitates monitoring of driving style of drivers and, therefore, reveals hidden costs resulting from the inappropriate use of vehicles.
Choosing the appropriate driving style can significantly reduce fuel consumption as well as prevent pointless servicing and an unexpected degree of amortization of components; therefore, life span of vehicles can be considerably prolonged. This software provides precise information about the driver’s activities, and with the help of transmitted parameters, inefficient driving styles can be revealed. The analysis of driving style is conducted on the basis of information about the position of the accelerator pedal, the usage of cruise control, revolutions per minute, brake application (number, intensity), distribution of torque, parameters and the amount of time spent coasting under the vehicle’s own weight; beside this, average fuel consumption at various sections of the route can be also displayed.
Relying on the data listed above, clients can determine whether their drivers need further training and, at the same time, the efficiency of trainings and the development of knowledge of each driver can be monitored individually. Standardization (verification) of our analytical software has been conducted with the involvement of one of the largest European vehicle manufacturer.
Electronic toll collection in Hungary.
Road toll payment obligation has been introduced in Hungary on 1st July 2013 for vehicles with a maximum mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes. This new element of our service has made fleet monitoring independent of location and, therefore, the mobility of transportation processes has been greatly increased. Responses can be given readily and rapidly to questions on the current status of freight processes. Due to remote and instantaneous accessibility of information, internal communication processes have become more simplified, acquisition of real-time data does not necessarily require involving office staff anymore facilitating the further optimization of communications costs.
